Dr. Charles K. Wear

A community leader and the most experienced orthodontist in Sonoma County, Chuck Wear has been contributing to the health and quality of life of children and adults since he established his practice in Santa Rosa. There are few professionals as well respected and capable: family dentists confidently recommend him and his partner, Brandy Solomon, and his colleagues have chosen him for many important positions and awards.
 
Dr. Wear has been on the faculty of the University of California, San Francisco, School of Dentistry and has organized and lectured at many orthodontic seminars.  He has led dental, community service and educational organizations.  He also supports numerous charities because as he says, "I live here and I want to support the kids and families in my community".  He and his wife, Ellen, were involved in the founding of Sonoma Country Day School.
 
Chuck Wear is top-flight in more ways than these.  He is an experienced private pilot with instrument and multi-engine ratings.  He also enjoys skiing, riding motorcycles, bicycling and golfing.
